I have been working in several areas of computational modeling, centered around the problem of simulation of turbulent flows. The nature of my work has been quite fundamental, but I have a keen interest for applied problems. My near-term goal is application of new ideas in turbulent mixing to areas of combustion and environmental modeling. I am also interested in numerical analysis and parallel algorithms.
